Jeffrey Koslowsky, Managing Member, has worked in high yield commercial finance and business restructuring since 1997, and has been a principal and member of the investment review committee at Indigo Asset Management and its predecessor fund, since 2006.
Mr. Koslowsky’s background includes a 12 year assignment as both head of portfolio management and business development as well as general counsel for Gerber Finance, an affiliate of the Investec Group. Previously, he spent three years with Liddle & Robinson practicing UCC and employment litigation law in the securities industry. In such roles, Mr. Koslowsky either led or managed over $1 billion of investments in asset-based loans
Mr. Koslowsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Government & Law and History from Lafayette College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University Law School. In his personal life, Mr. Koslowsky is a longtime volunteer firefighter in Scarsdale, New York and Wilmington, Vermont and serves on several charitable boards.
