Jeffrey A. Koslowsky – Managing Member

Jeffrey Koslowsky, Managing Member, has been working with high yield commercial finance and business restructuring since 1997, and has been a principal and member of the investment review committee at Indigo Asset Management and its predecessor fund, since 2006.

Mr. Koslowsky’s background includes a 12 year assignment as both head of portfolio management and business development as well as general counsel for Gerber Finance, an affiliate of Investec Group. Previously, he spent three years with Liddle & Robinson practicing UCC and employment litigation law in the securities industry. In such roles, Mr. Koslowsky either led or managed over $600 million of investments in asset-based loans

Mr. Koslowsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Government & Law and History from Lafayette College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University Law School. In his personal life, Mr. Koslowsky is a longtime volunteer firefighter in Scarsdale and a youth soccer coach.


Jeffrey R. Ota – Managing Member

Jeffrey Ota, Managing Member, has been a principal and member of the investment review committee at Indigo Asset Management and its predecessor fund, since 2006. Mr. Ota’s responsibilities include portfolio management, credit and operations.

Prior to joining Indigo, Mr. Ota spent 5 years at Gordon Trucking, Inc., where he served as Vice President – Finance. Over the course of his career at Gordon Trucking, he was responsible for accounting and finance matters. In addition, he was a member of the Gordon Trucking Leadership Development Group. Prior to this, Mr. Ota was a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in the audit and assurance practice.

Mr. Ota holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the State of Washington.
