Indigo’s mission is to acquire distressed whole loans in the secondary markets, and to originate bridge loans with a focus on loans secured against commercial real estate and/or business assets. Indigo’s debt acquisition platform provides a comprehensive solution for sellers of stressed and distressed whole loans seeking to monetize such loans. We acquire performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial middle market loans across all industries and collateral types. Indigo’s loan origination platform provides bridge financing to borrowers that are having difficulty securing more traditional sources of capital. In essence, our capital products are designed to enhance growth and recovery for businesses that require extra attention due to their changing financial condition. There are many synergies between the turnaround management and restructuring of distressed loan acquisitions with providing bridge financing to companies experiencing some form of distress, which led to the launch of Indigo’s loan origination product.
